I’ve not been “planning” much lately, more just waking up and dealing with what the day brings. I’ve been skiing several times this winter and have had a wonderful time. I hadn’t been on skis at all for at least 30 years and have been amazed that I not only haven’t forgotten how to ski, but also have picked up a few new techniques and my old body has held up well.
While it’s been really fun to just take life day by day and try to live in the moment, things start stacking up and conflicting, so it’s time to get back to planning and making sure I am taking care of my responsibilities. I’m dedicating myself back to my bullet journal and will spend much time over the next couple of days getting my stuff all in one pile and make use of this dynamic tool.
However, I am thinking of going back to pocket sized with Field Notes. I love my bigger (A5) sized book, but it’s not exactly portable. I can slip a Field Notes in my pocket and always have it at hand when things come up.
What do you think?

If you can make a pocket size notebook have the same functionality of an a5. I say go for it! And do share the process!
